REG E Changes Impact Credit Union and Members

On May 4th and May 18th, CU*Answers & Xtend Audit Link presented highlights of changes to Reg E enacted by federal regulations. Opt-in is a small word with broad implications for your credit union and your members. This live event was centered on what Opt-in means in terms of member service, financial options for your members and even fee income to your credit union. Throughout the session, Jim Vilker and Scott Collins answered questions asked by clients who attended the web conference. This valuable information is shared in the presentation Reg E Opt-in Solutions and in the recording of the event Opt-in Solutions for Regulation E posted on the Ondemand site at http://ondemand.cuanswers.comXtend’s Opt In solution – is designed to assist our credit union partners in addressing Reg E changes by reaching out to their members through email, online banking and/or phone calls where they will be encouraged to sign up for debit/credit card courtesy pay.
