Using the New Cross Sales Feature

The process for tracking Cross Sales has been completely revamped with this release to create a major improvement in every level of tracking sales interactions with members.

Previously, you were only able to record a status, employee ID and date for the most recent interaction, with no historical record of previous cross-sales attempts and no way to record member comments. A simple “Not interested” or “Pending” just isn’t descriptive enough – was the member not interested forever, or just for the moment while they were in the middle of moving or getting a new job? Might it be time to ask the member about the product or service again?
